For my first project this year I had to design a look book inspired by what I thought would shape fashion trends in the near future. I decided to base mine upon new found medicines but used the human skeleton and 'old school' science as visual inspiration. I used knit to convey the colours and textured shapes of the collection. I wanted to make my samples as three dimentional as possible so I chose to experiment with materials such as plaster and even egg whites to create form once the samples were knitted. Here are a few of my favourite samples that I used to create my look book.
